Returns and Refund Policy

If your order arrives not in perfect condition, please e-mail us with photos of the the damaged print, and the tube it arrives in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement print at no additional cost.

If the damage is not apparent on the photos, you may be required te return the print at your expense before the replacement can be processed.

If your order is lost, we will replace it at no additional charges.

Every print is made order - to - order, and we do not accept returns for other reasons that those listed above, and also due to environmental impact of reverse shipping. 

We do still want you to be happy with your purchase, and all requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
